About Donna

DONNA TIROLY, a professional educator with 30+ yrs. of teaching & facilitating, became a Certified Instructor for “Mandalas, Luminous Symbols for Healing” by Judith Cornell, Ph.D. in 1995.  The creation of mandalas awakens spiritual energy, which offers the potential for transformation and healing, both personally and globally.  Since 1995, Donna has shared this process through more than 200 presentations, classes, retreats, & workshops.  She plans to continue sharing this mandala process, to create dyed silk scarf mandalas, and to guide others in the creation of “Mandalas for Peace.”

In 1999, Donna received accreditation to teach “T’ai Chi Chih – Joy thru Movement (TCC)”, a series of 19 movements created by Justin Stone to circulate and balance our internal and universal energy or Chi, thus promoting health and wholeness.  Donna has taught over 300 classes and currently teaches them for the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Recreation (SELREC) Dept. in a suburb in Cleveland, Ohio.

In 2002, Donna became a Certified Laughter Leader for World Laughter Tour, Inc. whose mission is to promote health and peace through laughter and humor.  Not only has she offered laughter classes and presentations, she now also provides inclusion of a laughter session option for her In-Service programs on Stress Relief as well as for retreats and workshops in other areas.

During 2001-2002, PATHWAYS TO WHOLENESS became a vehicle to share the many beneficial influences in her life.  These include: the three certification areas above; meditation; prayer;  relaxation exercises; mindfulness; “Principles of Heartfelt Living”; guided imagery.  Clients can choose which combination of areas best meets the needs of an occasion or situation.  These tailor-made programs offer opportunities to experience practices, ideas and techniques that enrich, balance, and harmonize our wholeness and sense of “oneness” with all of life as we reconnect body, mind and spirit.

Mission Statement:

to promote peace and harmony individually and globally by celebrating the oneness of all creation through my teaching and my art.  Donna is committed to sharing ideas, practices, techniques and processes through Pathways to Wholeness which help others experience the truth of our potential, that manifests as joy, balance and respect for the sacredness of all life.
